Tips On How To Drift Away and Come Back a New Person.

TIP 1. Sit comfortably

In order to dive deep in your subconscious, you need to stop using your physical body.

I`d recommend a nice chair in a cafe or library. The noisier, the better.

 Tip 2.  Delicious coffee/tea.

Put a nice cup of warm drink close to you, so that you feel its smell all the time.

 Tip 3. Find a dense, grey area in your head.

Don’t worry, everyone has it. Just keep your eyes on one spot without blinking for a while. You will be transported to a weird and magical dimension, which has always been inside you.

Breathe slowly and  imagine a black, buzzing and bubbling lake and dive into it.

Your body will go numb and your fingertips will freeze.

Your coffee will go cold and vision become darker.

You’ll drift away for awhile.

And when you come back, you won’t be the same anymore.

You are reborn.

Congratulations!

Tip 4. Switch off your phone!

Oh my god! This is the most important part.

You don’t need it interrupting your deep, satisfying relaxation.
