Oskana Lebedivna, WiA 2018 alumni, has won the 2020 Smoloskyp Publishing House Writing Prize (3d award) for the poetry script “The Messengers”. This is one of the biggest annual contests for young writers in Ukraine. Smoloskyp Publishing House Writing Prize is an award for poetry, prose, plays, children’s literature, and essays since 1993. Lots of successful Ukrainian writers, e.g., Serhiy Zhadan, Taras Prokhasko, Kateryna Babkina, Sophia Andrukhovych, and Myroslav Laiuk, received the Smoloskyp Publishing House Writing Prize at the time. Our congratulations, Oksana!
