We—me and Mariam—were watching movies
to get to know each other. Such was the task.
And Amelie’s fish got lost.
We were watching the movie and complaining about the sound.
And one of the Veronicas died.
We were very actively discussing our interests,
so that later we could invent each other in separate stories.
I said that I love Pink Floyd, but my love doesn’t mean anything.
One day Syd Barret died.
She was telling about how she loves the movie Leon,
just like me, but Matilda ended up alone.
I told her that the Beatles make me live,
and Lennon killed by the stupid one.
We—me and Mariam—were talking.
And I was thinking,
Look how many people think like us now!
How many Mariams live or die?
How many of them are like us?
How many lives are like ours?
And then the doors will slam.
I will go to my room Mariam will go to her room
And then the doors will slam in Georgia
In Armenia.

Hello, I’m Mariam, I’m 23 years old, I was born in Yerevan. I consider myself an art fan. I love to read books and discuss them with all kinds of people. I love to read books that reveal people’s thoughts and actions. This helps me to know myself. In the world I’m more interested in human, and in the process of creating I am interested in the most ordinary human problems. Life would be extremely dull without music and especially the Beatles. I can always listen to old rock music. I believe in Beatles’ music and the love they spread, and I’m sure that the real love and devotion can save people. I work at Zangak bookstore, trying to help people find interesting books, and discuss with them their favorite books. Besides this I conduct interviews with cultural figures about various topics leaving the book in the main topic. You sent I love and read modern literature, because I think that everybody should be aware of modern developing cultural and literary lifestyles. I will be happy to constantly develop my knowledge, find new and interesting friends, so that I always have a topic to create. I like to dream and believe in my dreams.
