For newly arrived pilgrims

Tetiana Ivanitska

Clouds tightly wrapped the tops of the mountains with a soft scarf, drops of yesterday’s rain lazily slid off the yellowed leaves, dogs ran ahead, looking for someone to beg for food – this is how the morning begins on one of the floors of paradise. God was not in a hurry to get here, it was far from his level, but he strongly recommended all newcomers to visit this place.

– Is it true that pita bread and shish kebab are divinely prepared in paradise? As well as the cheeses, the ones that are chechyl and motal, taste incredible? – asked one of the newly arrived pilgrims, having just laid out his things.

– I tried it, it was indescribably delicious. Only other residents assured that the food is even tastier on the floor above in heaven. It’s hard for me to imagine what could be tastier, – answered the one who was already preparing for eviction.

– And training? I was told that I will have to sweat or is this not true?

– Oh, little one, you won’t wake up, how time will pass between daily projects and tasks. It will be an eternal shuttle race between alpha and omega, because you will be tossed into different corners of your consciousness.

– Do they distribute dopamine here in their free time?

– He is here at every step. If you want it, you take it, if you don’t want it, you forget yourself in your Narnia. Absolute democracy here. I rushed every free minute to collect it.

– It sounds great. But why do they need it?

– I do not know.

– Well, there must be some reasons? – the newcomer was frightened.

– They say that they are preparing to build a new world. These are just rumors.

– What is this “new world”?

– This is when the circles of hell will be divided and made into independent sovereign states. They seem to bet on the fact that then the demons will compete with each other and will not claim a divine share.

– Why are we in the world they are planning?

– Someone must keep the chronology of the life of the universe.

– It is very interesting, but I just write poems. This is ridiculous. Who the hell needs a timeline of the universe’s life in verse?

– Oh, baby, you are very wrong. Yes, this is a kind of challenge for you, how much you are made of steel, and on the other hand, such specialties are in high demand.

– And how will I be able to understand that I have coped with everything and fulfilled their requirements?

– You won’t see it right away. Enough time should pass. Then you will return home and have to work even harder, even longer. After a few revolutions of the planet, you will be able to understand whether everything was not in vain.

– I got confused.

– Nevermind, it usually happens to everyone. Only fools do not doubt.

– Where to start then?

– Every day, the archangels will ignite your soul a little. Try to feel it as much as possible, and then keep it as long as possible.

– And?

– And then spread this fire around your world.
