Being a computer science student and working in a tech company, Gayaneh loves quality literature, arts, rock music, coding and chocolate. Writing emotional poetry, photography and peace making are her biggest passions. Good thing is most of these are pretty combinable. Well apart from coding, of course.

Marie Sevs
Born in Yerevan. Started writing poetry-like short works at a very young age. Filled over 5 diaries over time, only kept 3. Carries her brown leather notebook and a pen everywhere because a writer has no specific place for writing. Writes short fiction and non-fiction stories, and poetry. Working on writing longer pieces as the time goes on.

Anna Grigoryan
In 2018, Anna graduated from American University of Armenia majoring in English & Communications. The same year, got published as a translator of short story “The Yellow Wallpaper” by Charlotte Perkins Gilman. Mostly writes essays, non-fiction and memoirs. Won the second prize in Arditi Essay Competition in 2016, and the second prize in Goi Peace International Competition in 2017. Besides writing and translation, Anna is also interested in 3D character creation and overall drawing. Dreams about publishing her own graphic novel.

Emma Kirakosyan

Ceren Turkkan
She is a student of Economics at Hacetepe University, Ankara, Turkey. She started to write fiction when she was at 8 and she is still writing. She has got several awards with her short-stories.

My name is Halil. I’m a screenwriter, filmmaker, blogger based in İstanbul. I graduated from Istanbul University, Radio, TV and Cinema Department in 2016. I’ve worked in many jobs in the TV and advertisement business but found my actual passion in Robert McKee’s STORY and GENRE Seminar. And it’s screenwriting.

I am from Turkey. I am studying Turkish Language and Literature at the Bosphorus University in Istanbul / Turkey. I want to specialize in my department because I do not believe that humanbeings can achieve good things without knowing his own language well. I love writing and reading. I want to be a good writer in the future.

Hüseyin Serhat Arıkan
I study Political Science at Middle East Technical University in Ankara, the capital of Turkey. I am in the second year of my university education. I am planning to pursue an academic career after graduation. I especially am into poetry and music. My poems were published in literary magazines in Turkey: Kitap-lık, Sözcükler, and Sincan Istasyonu several times. I am planning to apply Yasar Nabi Youth Award for Poetry in next year, an award which has been the driving force of introducing young and successful poets to Turkish literature. I also want to re-write Hamlet, adapt it to modern age and conditions in a different setting.

Maryna Smahina
I am a young Ukrainian author with two published novels: ‘Volkovytsi’ (2016) and ‘The Room’ (2018). Originally from the South of Ukraine, now I live in Kyiv, where I write and translate books. Currently, I’m working on a children book and some short stories.

Oksana Lebedivna
She lives in Kyiv and loves “Hamlet” by William Shakespeare and “Ulysses” by James Joyce / Homer. I am currently studying for Ph.D. in historical phonology of Ukrainian at National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. As it turned out, I also do a translation from Polish to Ukrainian. I have an overwhelming desire to understand her reading Joys and Shakespeare. But I’m not always getting her point well. Believe me, I’m not kidding you.

Was born in Tbilisi, Georgia on 29.12.1993. Finished school in 2012. Studied psychology at Tbilisi State University (2013-2014). And Film Direction at Shota Rustaveli Film and Theatre State University (2014-2018). Started to write my first novel in 2015. And will finish editing it very soon. And the only thing that matters to me from this list, is my novel by the way.

Gvantsa Gubeladze
Gvantsa Gubeladze became one of the winner of national competition ‘Bestseller 2018’ in Georgia. Within this project her first book – “The Girls of Shulam” will be published in near future. She is studying master’s degree programme in European Integration and Employment Relations, Eiger at the three Georgian universities, Georgian American University (GAU), the Caucasus University (CU) and the Tbilisi state university (TSU). She was awarded the Degree of Bachelor of Arts in philology with a major in Georgian Philology.
